Have a question about how Koorum works? Hopefully it is answered here! By default Koorum uses the terminology of "Site" and "Attendee". These may have been customized within your usage of the app to be other terms.
A site represents a location or office that an attendee would be able to sign-in at. You are able to customize the names of "Site" and "Attendee" within the Koorum application to suit your needs; under: Account > Settings > Customize Labels (bottom of the page).
Roles represent what the "attendee" does at the site, say they are a Contractor or a Guest. You can customize this naming to suit your needs under: Account > Settings > Customize Labels (bottom of the page).
Note: You must have a subscription before you are able to share sites.
To share a site, simply nagivate to the site: Home > Tap the Site Name > Manage Sharing > Give your share a name and share the link with someone.
Be careful sharing links, as whoever has the link will be able to gain access to the site.
To see all the Sites an Attendee is related to you need to: Tap the Account Tab > Manage Attendees > Tap the Attendee Name.Â
You will see a list of all the Sites an Attendee is related to.
